I was stopped by the storey county sheriff for a suspicious vehicle, they let me go as the truck was not stolen. A week later they found me and arrested me because they said i was in possession of a stolen vehicle. The truck was not reported stolen at the time they stopped me. Is this legal for them to arrest me after the fact?
