My son is charged with felony and I tried to explain what I know on the case and his lawyer said he didn't believe me and he didn't think a jury would either so I gathered my evidence and statements filed at the clerk of courts and when we went to pre-trial We was told the the statements and evidence was placed on the judge desk and he sealed it because we didn't go through his attorney but as we were there in court the prosecutor had my filing why?
