a girlfriend and I were arguing one night and I was actually leaving a neighbor called the police cause we were loud the police had to take someone so they took me they tried to charge me with domestic violence and I was going to take it to trial because there was no violence they gave me a plea deal domestic violence unwanted touching for tapping my girlfriend on the shoulder and asking her to move i take that charge and they will let me out of jail and I can go watch my son be born yes with the same girlfriend I took the deal so I could see my son being born this charge has caused me all kinds of problems is there anything I can do about it now
