I was at a club this past Saturday and was dancing with my arm in the air. I might’ve made contact with a bottle girl but I don’t know how or in the exact manner. If I did, it most likely would’ve been my outside forearm or elbow. I have two witnesses, one says he didn’t see my arm touching the bottle girl and the other says I didn’t do anything and if anything it would’ve been my elbow incidentally. Anyways I was escorted out of the club and they took photos of my id. I was worried so I started asking questions like what’s the worst case scenario, did I do anything illegal, and on the way out, am I fucked because I was worried. I was drunk and very stressed. They haven’t contacted me yet and said worst case scenario I would have a court case sex offender related and the best case is nothing happens, up to the bottle girl to press charges. This was in Massachusetts, should I be worried
