My ex husband is being wrongfully charged with Domestic Assault and Battery, he is turning himself in today. The DA is saying that he won't have a bond because of a harassment case that I was the victim of 8 years ago. I found out 5 years ago, that my boyfriend I was filing for, lied about the harassment. It never happened. Who do I need to speak with to help my ex husband? So they don't give him another $*,* bond? I also was there the night the "domestic assault and battery" supposedly happened, nothing ever happened. His wife is literally psychotic, narcissistic and a compulsive liar.
