Today is my pretrial conference in Kentucky and my public defender hasn’t even sat down and talk to me May 15th will be a whole year without communication I’ve tried multiple times to contact her office and left voicemails for a return call and haven’t received one so my question is how can that happen my charges are serious and I’ve been voicing my innocence to my lawyer and they have failed to do as I ask to prove my innocence what can I do

Being my motion of discovery was for the body cam footage of the arresting officer who stated was recording at the time of the arrest. Photos of said cause of mischief charge with the statement both which was told the body cam footage only captured the beginning but nothing else and the evidence of broken window is only a statement with no attached photo of broken window and she has ignored and hasn’t answered
