Hello . Im currently faces * lewd charges in omaha ne . There no proof. And the police report that was took. Said that i went into the woods and kept watching this lady while i master bated and that i was with a party that also did a lewd act . The report said i looked like a homeless crack head. The only thing that would be considered is i lived in the same area as this person. My lawyer told me that they’re offering me 90days in jail and to take one of the lewd charges. When i loved in that area she said i was homeless which is wrong. I went to the goodwill that was a couple blocks down from me. And they have me on video leaving shortly after this person had left the goodwill. And that would make sense i bought a bag of chips. But also on my citation it only list one of the dates for the lewd act. Witch i didn't do. She was asked if i live in the area according to the police report she said no he's a homeless crack head with puffy hair and a bread. No photos or proof of me doing it because i didn’t do these acts. It happed in omaha ne in douglas county . My lawery isnt really picking up her phone. This is my first time ever being in-trouble beside a car accident. When the cops came both times i wasnt in the area. At the time of the incident. But now my lawyer had my court date moved for new video evidence she had gotten the same day as my first trial
