I am in the position where I feel that there's no way out even though I feel it was the lack of knowledge that put me in this situation so I'll tell you I have a criminal history I got out of jail in * and since that point I have gained a tractor business I own four properties during that time however I was asked from a client of mine at work 4 years ago that was in Mexican cartel to cut a hole in a shoulder said he had for ventilation and I agreed to do it just to kind of make some amends with him turns to find out it wasn't his shoulder shed so I'm being charged for a burglary for cutting that hole in the shed this is in San Bernardino California courts Superior Court
