So I was caught in Georgia with small amount of meth 1st offense for a severe drug of that statute. It’s considered a felony now the DA is offering me 2 years supervised probation and a fine. I am guilty however I don’t want to be penalized for the next 20 years when it comes to having it again my record. It honestly was a mistake a a very low point in my life not like I’m a habitual offender nor user. I don’t know what to do because I already have a stained record from a charge back in * for felony charge forgery 1st degree and 20 years later I’m still scratching the service not due to my skill level but my record
