In that case it's the victims that has them and are using it against me cause that person is my wife and she deleted all the messages she sent, the only screenshot I have is a message where I tell the victim goodnight and I love her (yes you can consider this adultry and cheating) and she sent, "he has a wife and has and child and is married" and that's the only proof I have the rest it's them that has it screenshoted and sent at the police but their using it against me saying I sent them
