Hello well so i have a friend whos curreny incarcerated so he went to a girl's house she begged him to come do her tattoo so he went within * hrs of being there the police come knocking on the door looking for a escaped fugitive that she had dated prior to him escaping well she lets them do a walk through to prove he's not there while doing the walk through they see my friend he's known by them, he's got a criminal record but hasn't been I'm trouble since he was released in * and completed probation well after seeing him they said they smelt weed now they hadn't been smoking weed but she did have some so she tells them she has some personal weed they ask how much she said a gram and asked if they wanted her to go get it she said no an detained them both until the got a search warrant well they find meth and weed and drug paraphanalia all over her hosue and they asked my friend if it belonged to him he Said no so they turn to the girl an asked her if it belonged to her and she says yes asked her if that was everything she said yes in side the house they search outside and find a rusted old gun well they call the girl outside and scare her and coached her into saying its not hers anymore and they take them both to jail she signs her self out the next day and since has been caught with drugs a few more times and he's still sitting in jail with *,*$ cash bond and doesn't have court until June * . NONE of the stuff found was even near him like it was all over her house, and he has the messages of her begging him to come that morning and hea got a heart problem like only *% of his heart works, hes got kids, grand baby due in December like hes done alot wrong but he didnt this time other than picking the wrong people to do a tatoo for i suppose

Okay but where they allowed to make her change her answer she said it was hers on her own and than they maxe her change it and say it wasnt .... but the law states they cant force a confession out of someone and well they forced her ti change her confession
