Police went to friends place checked all cars and trucks at his place all came back not stolen . Then 8 months later we took the truck to casino and then went to sit at the park cop came in and went past us * times. Then he backed up and came to us and said the truck is reported stolen. My friend said its not stolen its my friends the cop told us to get out of the truck and searched the truck found some drugs they let me go and took my friend to jail he got released but didnt see the judge at all with in * hours. Its been about a year later and they are charging him for the drugs when the person b4 had the truck which my friend picked it up that morning that he went to jail.found out the guy who owned the car owed money for the truck the the person who he was buying it from called it in stolen to the copsso we got introuble for it being stlen . In wa state is it legal for the person who was selling it to call it in stolen and friend getting blamed for the drugs found in the truck
