My husband went to retrieve his original Xbox from his biological father and brother's house. There's been a lot of family drama, but he's always been allowed to show up. He didn't even make it inside. He was ganged up on by both of them before he could try to go in. His brother threw the first punch. They fought and his dad involved himself (right after he told me that he loves his son and wants him around). He made his way to the vehicle after the fight was over. As he was getting in to leave, his dad pushed him halfway into the vehicle and slammed the door on his legs repeatedly. The cops were called and they arrested everyone when they came to the scene. My husband is too kind-hearted and soft for jail. I'm scared. His brother and father are listed as victims on the police report. Is there any way that he could get out of this with probation? Even though he was on their property? I found him a good lawyer, but I'm scared we're not going to be able to afford him... He also has a suspected marijuana and and reckless driving case going at the moment
