Hi Megan! How can I assist you with your legal issue today? Could you provide some details about your situation?
I have court this morning at my last hearing the judge told me that this next hearing was my last chance to decide if I was going to trial or if I was going to accept the DA's offer. Has neglected to provide me with the information I had asked them to the last three hearings and I am not ready to decide what I'm going to do yet because of the da not doing their end. What do I tell the judge today?
Hi Megan! When you speak to the judge today, you can explain that you have not received the necessary information from the DA despite multiple requests. Request a continuance to allow you more time to receive and review the information before making your decision.

Even though the judge told me that this was my last chance to decide what I was going to do because the case is so old will he still allow me a continuance because it is the da so that I do not have my required information to make a decision?
Hey Megan! Judges can sometimes grant a continuance if you can demonstrate that you haven't received necessary information from the DA. Emphasize that the delay is not your fault and that you're unable to make an informed decision without this information.
