My fiancé is in jail currently. He is fighting several cases. They keep continuing his court. We have been dealing with this for 2 years. Most of which he has been incarcerated for. He has no attorney. The courts keep trying to get him to sign a plea deal without going over it with him. So I guess my question is, is that legal and how long can they keep the cases going
