I have an open criminal case, I feel my rights have been violated,Do to the fact of i was pulled over in April of * by * police officers for a dealer tag on the vehicle i had purchased 2 days prior. I gave the one who approached my window my DL, proof of insurance and paperwork of proof of purchase. the officer on the right stated he smelled marijuana. I stated he was wrong . I was instructed to get out so they could search my vehicle. They did not find any marijuana. However they found meth in my purse. I was arrested . My Attorney filed a motion to suppress, because they found no marijuana. The judge gave the state 14 days to respond with new evidence or a motion of dismissal. the state failed to do . the judge suppress the evidence. The state waited * weeks after the 14 days to respond.stating they didnt receive the paperwork. The judge allowed the state a hearing , he allowed the state the evidence back . Even though the state had no new evidence to add. What can i do
