On October * he had bond set at $* for misdemeanor & no bond on the third felony evading w/ mv. On October * the first * felonies were dismissed due to lack of evidence. Should be be given a bond for the 3rd felony evading w/ mv since the first / felonies that he was out on bond for were dismissed?
