It happened in California. Orange county. What I don't understand is that yes there was a video at the beginning of all this. I was happy there was video because I wanted my innocence proven. I wanted it proven that the loss prevention guy lies about everything. I was sure that this case would be dismissed or dropped or whatever. Then it was said there was no video, or nobody could find it, so for months I kept going back to court to be told there was no video. I said ok then no video no case, case dismissed right? No my appointed lawyer said and constantly has tried to talk me into taking prison time

I would love a different attorney in the beginning I tried to talk to real attorneys you hire only to find out I don't have enough money for them. I wanted to try and ask for a different appointed attorney but was scared
