Im calling in behalf of my wife dena who is currently being held on a charge of "possession of a dangerous drug ". She was pulled over and the vehicle was searched and a bottle of prescription morophine medication was found in the vehicle. The prescription was dropped and left in her car by the * yr old man whom we take to the store once a week who otherwise wouldnt eat if we werent good and caring neighbors. His prescript, in his name, lost by him in our car. But now my wife is facing a charge that she shouldnt be and being held with an 8k bond which we dont have. I told the neighor who owns the pills and ge is sorry for dropping them and is willing to help in any way. I dont know how to petition court to speak with us immediately and this go away.. my wife is sick with lupas in addition to being diagnosed paranoid, bipolar, depressed. Something hs to be done to get her out of this confussed mess before she is placed in a mental facility from having a break down. What can i do please?
