Hello ****. To deal with a bench warrant, you may need to turn yourself in to authorities or hire a lawyer to negotiate on your behalf. With your health conditions, applying for disability benefits is possible. However, laws vary by location. May I know where you are located?

Okay can you direct me to a free defense attorney if there is one please
Sure, you may qualify for a public defender. You can get in touch with the Public Defender's Office in your county. They provide free legal services for those who cannot afford a private attorney. Please note, eligibility is based on income.
Okay thank you
