my girlfriend was in court and it was agreed that she would have to complete outpatient rehab but wen she was released from the jail they transported her to an inpatient rehab for a year and i cant visit or she cant call me because we are not married but have lived together for * */2 years. i cant get in touch with her court appointed lawyer and have left messages and sent emails with no success on sept. 24th. She had a choice in court to take the charge and have a felony but be out on probation and she based the decision under the impression that she would be doing outpatient rehab otherwise if she would have knew that they were sending her to inpatient rehab for a year she would have took the felony charge. wat can i do?
