Ok so augusr 7th i got charged with breeching a peace bond order * weeks into it. Court was supposed to be today Sept 5th. Yesterday, unfortunately i got another breech and court is september 19th for that. Today i didnt see my name on the court list but i called in anyways (its over the phone or in person) and waited * hours and the judge couldnt find me on the docket. They told me since my paperwoek from police says sept 5th i need to call the police that charged me and get a new court date. Also this is in brockville ont. Also the police yesterday that charged me were well aware of the 1st breech (got charged by prescott OPP first time and brockville police the second) . Just wondering if my charges maybe were put together and if so why i wasnt notified or uf maybe this is w free pass and a mistake by their system and i should just ahut my mouth on it and not contact the police
