I'm trying to get help with my cases. I had a misdemeanor retail theft charge in * and another one in * the state made them both felonies do to me having a prior retail theft 24 years prior to these two when I was *. So the court said one case was tracking the other case now I'm not totally sure what that means . I have seen where they do that and one you are connected of one the other is dismissed or they give the same thing and run them concurrently. That's not what happened I was sentenced to 30 months IDOC and about 30 days before releasing I was sent back to court on a writ for the other charge so I been released have successfully completed parole and going to court over this and they are trying to sentence me to another 60 months IDOC dose this seem right
