Parole Violation Legal Guidance

Summary

If you are on parole and involved in a situation with potential criminal charges, its crucial to understand the legal implications. Without a warrant, you are not officially charged, but the presence of your fingerprints on drugs could be problematic. Lack of direct evidence of driving during a chase may work in your favor. Avoid discussing details with police without legal representation, monitor developments, and keep documentation of your parole status. Consult a lawyer for a detailed assessment and defense strategy if needed.

Hi Timothy! This sounds like a complicated situation. Here are some important points to consider:
- If there's no warrant for your arrest, you are not officially charged yet.
- As you were not seen driving during the chase, it may be challenging for them to prove your involvement.
- The presence of your fingerprints on the drugs could be problematic, but it doesn't necessarily prove possession during the chase.
Would you like to be connected to a local lawyer who can better assist you with your case?
No thank you
