She did this so she would know that I knew where everything was at and she did not want me to be forced to be in a position that I have to be abused just to have a roof over my children’s head. I already told a teacher and waited for the day that he would face criminal charges for what he did. As growing up I worried that he would make good on his threats and worried he would find out that I told a teacher. She instructed me to stay at J st and don’t leave no matter what. I was to continue to care for my younger brothers still in school and pay the bills. When I noticed strange things happening. I got the important papers that my mother untrusted to me and asked Salvador Fregoso if he could open up a safe deposit box to safeguard those documents there were serious concerns with the condition of the house I smelled odors gas. These defaults occurred 20 years ago and I just received notice I need to respond to both of them most importantly is the UC300228. As the notices weee mailed to Linda Taggart mailbox as Linda Taggart resorted to self help eviction that resulted in forced adoption of my children and contributed to the cause of death of my brother and mother. Can you help me settle these matters

*. I want the people removed from my house. They have not only trasspassing but residential burglary as none of my families possessions were recovered. I want the court to determine the amount of rent that is owed to the owner which I believe was my mother. I want my children who are now adults to be compensated each on an individual basis.

I have multiple arrest records. Because Linda Taggart came to my home with Clyde Taggart claiming to be the sheriff ordering me out of the house. Just Greene also accompanied Linda Taggart claiming she just returned from court and won. When in fact she was granted writ of Possession because I default. Why because I was arrested by Linda Taggart as she convinced the San Siego Police department she was my mother returning from Iowa and wanted me arrested. I also have report from PQME . SCD168539 was the initial case followed by a probation revocation. The revocation was the direct result of Linda Taggart directing the police to arrest me for trasspassing. When I heard her tell the police she was my mother. I yelled to te neighbor to tell the police that she was not my mother. Jose Rodriguez said yes that is her mother. The police searched me removed my house key from my possession. Handed it to Linda Taggart who then handed the keys to Jose Rodriguez. The police asked where Salvador fregoso was and why he wasn’t here. Linda Taggart said he wants nothing to do with her. I was arrested and charged with trasspassing. Bailed out and rearrested over and over again

I noticed the police who refused to take a report I contacted the USPS I also put an identify theft alert in * with DMV. I’ve been trying to address this for so many years but because of the unusual circumstances and the criminal record. A simple statement from a teacher that I am crazy dismisses any further consideration.

I don’t know. I called the police to help me remove the people who are trying to squat on my property and at the same time the squatters called the police. The police refused to take my report . trasspassing, vandalism, not complying with terms of parole or probation child neglect, violation for possession The drugs were never near me or close to me they were in areas that were in proximity that included other people who were in closer proximity. Gun charges The court order that prevents me to possess a fire arm is the only order I agree with because I believe guns kill children and I look back and know that I had every right to protect my home and my property and if I had a gun I would still have my family and sales of drug related offenses.
