Yeah the medical board is negligent I filed a claim with them about my doctor when she didn't believe me and I had SLE lupus and they didn't even investigate the case in full they dropped it I was looking through my medical records last week and I can see and I'm not a medical professional that in that decade the entire one that the entire decade I went to her plus my blood work had flagged results in it that indicated an auto immune disease and she never said a word nor did she do any follow up and if I normal person with no medical training could notice that in my chart and that fucking medical board most certainly noticed it and they still dropped my case Attorney would take my case they said they couldn't help me
It sounds like you have a strong case for medical negligence, especially given the flagged blood work and lack of follow-up. Here are some suggestions:

It sounds like you’ve already taken many appropriate steps. Given the severity of your situation, you might consider these additional actions:
- File a grievance with Medicare: They can sometimes intervene in medical issues.
- Contact your state’s health department: They may have additional resources or avenues for complaints.
- Seek out a patient advocate: Some work independently and may have more flexibility.
