I was accused of being a terrorist, attempting to physically harm an employee, had security guarding my room, denied my basic patient rights because I dared to question a hospitalist about my condition and my release and I raised my voice because she raised hers. Now my medical record has defamatory remarks in it and I was harmed by the way I was literally thrown out of the hospital. This was in May and it's taken till last week to have my issues addressed by the hospital.
