In November *, i visited my primary care provider (PCP) with complaints of chills, tonsil stones, headaches, nausea, sore throat (which improved), and fatigue. My symptoms persisted, and on November *, you went to the ER due to severe chills, uncontrollable shaking, and fatigue, along with worsening headaches. The ER diagnosed me with perichondritis and Systemic Inflammatory Response Syndrome (SIRS), after which my ear piercing was removed, providing some relief. I was discharged after two days in the hospital, with two negative blood cultures and a *-day course of antibiotics.
I'm sorry to hear about your experience. It sounds like a challenging situation. Could you please clarify what legal assistance you are seeking? Are you considering a medical malpractice claim or something else?
Medical malpractice
I'm sorry to hear about your experience. Medical malpractice claims can be complex. Here are key points to consider:
- Did the treatment from your PCP or the ER worsen your condition?
- Do you have medical records that support your claim of misdiagnosis or improper treatment?

Five days later, after receiving a Remicade dose for my Crohn’s disease, i contracted COVID-* and experienced abscesses multiple times. Blood work showed high ESR and platelets, which raised some concern, as my platelets typically run high, but the elevated ESR without an active flare was unusual. On the last day of your antibiotics (November *), my symptoms returned, and I was admitted to the hospital again. The ER initially planned to send me home with more antibiotics, but my GI doctor intervened, and I was admitted for further testing, leading to a diagnosis of endocarditis. I also developed a septic pulmonary embolism and pleural effusion, which caused severe pain, requiring narcotics, and respiratory and physical therapy.

Your case appears strong due to the following factors:
- Persistent symptoms despite initial treatment.
- Multiple hospital visits and a diagnosis of severe conditions (endocarditis, septic pulmonary embolism, pleural effusion).
- Intervention by your GI doctor suggesting potential misdiagnosis or improper treatment initially.

Sure, I can help with your criminal court question. What specific information or assistance do you need regarding your criminal court matter in New Jersey?
I think my lawyer lied about filing motions specifically a graves act waiver. I didn’t like that he doesn’t fight in court so I consulted another attorney who said he saw no motions filed on my behalf. I then contacted the county clerk who confirm there were no motions
