Hi Brady! How can I assist you with your legal issue today?
hospital staff witnessed me getting assaulted and terroristically threatened by Chp officers to get up and walk on my own or they were going to drag me out despite having been in a very severe car crash and having severe neck pain , they did this while physically blocking the wheel chair from me. I was terrified and managed to get up and walk to the wheel chair when I heard the Chp officer lie and say I tboned a kid and broke his pelvis. The Chp hand cuffed me in a stress position on the hospital bed by cuffing my hands behind my back to the side rail elevated as high as possible the cuffs were also cuffed obviously too tightly to my obviously swollen wrists. The doctor examined me for under * seconds poking me twice in the abdomen and asking if it hurt. I said yes then he left and said I was cleared. I asked the nurse why he didn’t ask about my medical history he replied “do you even have insurance?” I said yes I have Kaiser , and replied “should have gone to Kaiser then.” The nurse then witnessed me remain in a torture position until I gave up and relented to a blood draw to stop the pain the nurse took my blood and allowed me to be handcuffed painfully tight again on the same torture position. And then witnessed me get physically threatened to force me to walk to the Chp car to get taken to jail. What are my options to seek justice against the nurse and the doctor for not treating me and bring an active part of my torture and violations of my civil rights?
Doctor and nurse did not examine me after I was in a severe accident that totaled both cars, they then cleared me to be taken to jail, and helped an officer keep me in a cia stress position considered to be torture until I broke under pain and allowed the nurse to take my blood. What are my best courses of action to get justice against the doctor, nurse and hospital?
