Finding New Medical Lawyer

I am trying to find a new lawyer regarding my sisters medical negligence case

we gave him all information that he needed and we haven’t heard from him in months. We have called him on different occasions but never received a call back. One day we called and he told us that he would call us back but again never did.

We would like someone that will keep us updated with anything as much as possible. We need someone that is consistent, confident and willing and ready to take this on. We are ready for someone to take accountability so we can start grieving. Not having any answers as to why my sister is no longer here is beginning to become frustrating.. we want everyone held accountable for what happened

My *-year-old sister died about * hours after being discharged from the hospital in January. She was diagnosed with strep throat and a throat abscess—something she had experienced before and was previously kept overnight for. While our mom was present, she was given hydromorphone and told she’d be admitted, so our mom went home. Hours later, my sister was unexpectedly discharged and given hydrocodone before leaving around midnight. She passed away at *:* p.m. the next day. Her medical records did not show the hydromorphone, though it was on her discharge summary. A relative went to the hospital after her death and was given a room number, though she’d already been discharged—raising questions about hospital records. The autopsy listed “sudden unexplained death,” but due to medication, discharge decisions, and record errors, we believe the hospital should be held accountable.
