It sounds like you've experienced significant mistreatment. Here is some relevant information based on your situation:
- Patients' Rights: In Montana, patients have the right to be informed about their medical treatment and to receive adequate medical care.
- Medical Negligence: If doctors failed to provide the standard of care, this could constitute medical negligence.
- Reporting: You can file a complaint with the Montana Board of Medical Examiners.
Would you like more details on how to file a complaint or any other specific information?
I filed a complaint with the medical board when the first doctor my primary doctor of over a decade was negligent because she didn't believe me and treated me like I was crazy when I knew something was really wrong with me and I turned out to have SLE lupus the medical board was halfway through the investigation when I found that out and informed them and they still dropped my case they didn't even investigate it they didn't even contact my witness they didn't do anything I'm not gonna go to them why would I and all of the other places you're about to list I've already done that too there is nowhere that I can find to even go to to try to get help that is where I'm at
It sounds like you've exhausted many avenues. Considering the severity of your situation, seeking legal counsel might be the best next step. A lawyer could help you explore options like filing a lawsuit for medical malpractice or patient rights violations.
Would you like assistance finding a medical malpractice attorney in Montana?
I called every malpractice attorney in my state when my first doctor did this to me they all said I had a case but they couldn't help me this is not medical malpractice if you look at what qualifies as medical malpractice I don't have lost wages because I'm disabled so that omit me from malpractice. I've also reached out to some civil attorneys no one will return my fucking call I'm out of options I don't know how many more times you're gonna make me say that before you're gonna hear or listen to me
It sounds like you've been through a lot. Since medical malpractice attorneys aren't able to help, you might consider contacting a disability rights advocate or a patient advocacy group again. Sometimes persistence is key.
Have you tried contacting your local legal aid office for assistance? They might have resources or suggestions.
all right that's it I told you that I reached out to them already and what the outcome was what are you doing can you not follow the conversation I told you the disability rights lady told me I was gonna die and then followed up by telling me I was not allowed to seek services from there anymore
I'm really sorry you're going through this. Since you've already tried multiple avenues, contacting the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services Office for Civil Rights (HHS OCR) might be worth exploring. They handle complaints related to discrimination in health care and human services. Would you like more information on how to file a complaint with them?
I have done HHS I have done the OIG I have done every system that is meant to help someone in my position already to no avail do not make me repeat myself again
Given the challenges you've faced, here are a few additional steps you might consider:
- Contacting your local congressperson: They may be able to assist you in escalating your case.
- Media attention: Sometimes publicizing your situation can lead to quicker resolutions.
- Disability advocacy groups outside Montana: They might provide a fresh perspective.
Would you like more details on any of these options?
so in other words there's nothing I can do and I'm gonna die because contacting my local congressman there's a *% chance that they're gonna even read my letter let alone help me media attention yeah that's something that's very viable isn't it considering that I have diagnosed PTSD from this mistreat and neglect and abuse and there's also the fact of the prescription that she cut that is life-threatening that you don't seem to take into account that is a fucking federal offense because she has violated the controlled substance act against me in doing so putting me in a life-threatening situation I have one medication left and then I'm gonna abruptly be stopping this medication which the outcome is deaf because no one will help me the emergency room is not an option so do not say it nor is any kind of prescription assistance because of the type of medication it is please listen when I talk
