Prescription Rights Violation Montana

my rights have been violated and it is in turn endangering my life urgently. A doctor saw me one time and when I phoned in a prescription refill she cut it in half without even discussing it with me nor had she even discussed the conditions of which I take it for and I have been on the medication more than half of my life which is *+ years it is a controlled substance and if abruptly stopped the outcome his death I have a limited number of pills left and she has also blacklisted me so I have nowhere I can go I cannot find anyone who will help me all of the typical channels are not available so if it's a typical channel do not provide it to me this is urgent my life is at stake and she also verbally assaulted me over the phone and threatened me to revoke what prescription she did and then she told me I didn't wanna keep my follow up appointment and tried intimidating with me with silence several times this is one of many doctors in the past year that I now have diagnosed PTSD from doing this kind of stuff to me abuse and neglect the medical board doesn't investigate right and do their job there no help Disability right is no help the oig is no help I called the Patient advocacy foundation that was a waste of my time and I am disabled I can't afford a patient advocate for $* an hour minimum and I can't find an attorney to help me and I'm gonna die what am I supposed to do go to the emergency room I can't use telemedicine I've been blacklisted by this person too who saw me one time and I have rights she is breaking the law I live in Montana and she did not inform failure to inform and I want to know who will help me before I die I am terrified the amount of mental distress alone I'm surprised hasn't killed me yet from this

Please do not blatantly disregard what I have said and told you that I have already tried that did not work do not do that the medical board and the emergency room I've already addressed you can go back and look at what I said I'm not gonna repeat myself do not do it again you are wasting precious time here this is a very urgent Situation are you telling me that these doctors egos Trump my life because that is what you're saying after all by your actions I'm going to die when my pills are gone in a couple weeks the law has been broken and my rights are being violated do I not have rights as a human being to not have to go through suffering and mental anguish because I'm being refused care because I've been blacklisted by a Doctor Who doesn't even know me as well as cut up prescription that I've taken for over * fucking years? do I not have rights as a human being civil rights patient rights I mean what the hell is it because I don't have enough money there is no legal aid available in my state I have no way to get help that way am I gonna have to just sit here and die and then when I'm dead my kids can do something about it because I'm gonna orphan two kids FYI and all of my family is deceased Not that that should factor into this but since you don't seem to take the fact that my life is on the line seriously maybe that will help I don't fucking know I didn't know I was this worthless and meaningless that laws can be broken and I can be violated by professionals in this manner and not do a goddamn thing to help myself And I am gonna die from this this is so wrong on so many levels

You are just as abusive as these fucking doctors are MLS is not accepting new clients for the last fucking time the medical board is negligent and does not investigate their cases properly thank you for not helping me and telling me that my life is insignificant and means absolutely nothing and that doctors fucking ego is more valuable than my fucking life which you just further endangered thank you for putting some more nails in for me I appreciate your help the legal system is just as fucking messed up as I thought it was we don't have a single goddamn right because none of y'all will fucking help us enforce them because it doesn't pay your fucking bills enough

I already told you that I contacted HHS or OIG the office of the inspector general get your information right and I can't go to the emergency room for this shit it's a controlled substance you're an attorney you should know this why am I telling you how to do your fucking but is going to be the list of contributing factors to my death in my phone because instead of helping me you did everything I asked you not to do and did not help me thanks I appreciate you taking me serious and caring about my life at all which is none just like everyone else
