Ok, yes I am currently involved in a rather complex lawsuit. The twp replaced a municipal sewage line on my property catastrophicly damaging my 7 year old house. The engineer failed to create a plan nor obtain any permits and the contractor failed to follow the local and state ordinances failed to provide shoring , vibration monitoring, and protect adjenct structures. The dug into the angle of repose and carved a * ft deep and * feet wide trench then used oscillating tampers instead of rollers further damaging my home. He have a forensic Structual engineer report, a Geotech, and recorded the entire thing as well as took pictures. The twp approved and did not respond and let the damage happen.
