my boyfriend lives with his dad and I've been staying over there every once and a while and now the landlord is saying that a he has to have me write a letter stating that if we were to break up or anything was to happen that I would leave peaceful basically just saying that if I was asked to leave I would he also stated that there is a law or something of the sort that a person can only stay/visit your apartment 15 days out of the year
