I’m being sued I was a trustee and I trusted my family to do the right thing in regard to my daughter because I lived out of state and she’s in her *,s but mentally not mature has learning disabilities. She’s didn’t want to move out of state so she was living with my mother in Ny and I live in Arkansas now for 5 years. I trusted my mother and gave her information on the trust and her and my daughter spent a lot of trust. Now my daughter is suing me saying I mismanaged her trust.
