Hi ****! Generally, if a cheque is issued to both you and the lender, both parties must endorse it before it can be cashed or deposited. Have you tried contacting your lender to endorse the cheque?
No i haven't
You will need to contact your lender to endorse the cheque. They will need to sign it along with you before you can cash or deposit it.
Have you tried reaching out to the lender to discuss this process?
