I am divorced, and my daughter lives with me and my ex *-*. From the day she was licensed she drove his jeep because he had a company car. We reside in the state of Pennsylvania. He lost his job in September hence she lost the driving privileges of the jeep. I had to buy her a vehicle and when trying to add her to my policy with Erie Insurance Because my ex has never added her to his insurance they are requiring me to pay premiums from August * when she was first licensed.
