if you state from day one the concern for your family health and safety and have a two year old autistic nonverbal granddaughter and a daughter without a spleen and also a husband who’s lungs are not good and your were told you had excessive black mold and later get a professional air quality test done which showed * x the normal of aspergillosis pencillium mold spores and Chateomium in the cabinet that is in fruiting stage which means that it is reproducing and very active and your granddaughter has already been to the er several times although not hundred percent sure that the mold caused it but it very well could have and you sent the test to them ask for ale again and they still have done nothing over month later

8 months the insurance comoany has been not wanting to cover necessary repairs in order to have it mitigated properly

this all started on May * and I called in a water damage claim I had a company come out here. Their name was storm damage pros they came out here and went into my crawlspace and said that I have excessive black mold and it is very important for us to get out of the house they helped me call the claim and being that I have never called anyone before in my whole life. The company was closed that day so I had to leave a message with after hours answering Machine within five minutes of the company leaving they came back. They called me and they said that they wanted to turn around and come back and put it back in entertainment bar for my family safety so they came out, put a containment bear and told me as soon as I got a claim number that I needed to give them a call, the adjuster came out that Monday and he saw the containment Barry. I gave him the company’s number and soon as he left the company returned to take down the

in-house council lies and says both adjuster did not see any visa or ,mold which contradicts the mold test and many pictures I have from estimates from the contractors that shows the mold

also the contractor the adjuster sent left wet floors that were co deleted then I said I didn’t feel comfortable signing DK for work not complete never said not to pay him per adjuster he told me hand over DK’s. I did as told contractor took lien on my property

stressed for three months over this despite multiple text and email to adjuster and in-house council crying out for help being I had no one at all to help me or advocate for me asking for hospdates of what going on etc. the adjuster would say he was waiting on insurance ci pant to send revised amount and finally they did and do not accept. I had no control or information about any of it. Finally I demand they pay contractor I never told them not to
