On July 6th * I was hit by a semi truck while I was at work. I was diagnosed with PTSD * weeks later & a TBI . I got an attorney and was being treated by multiple doctors for the injuries . My attorney was paying for my medical care. After my lawsuit against the semi driver was concluded I still needed medical care. My employer refuses to process my workman's comp claim leaving me with untreated medical needs causing me significant harm. I have asked my employer repeatedly to remedy this situation to no avail. Also I have been demoted, had opportunities for higher paying jobs taken away and other instances of discrimination and unfair treatment. Yesterday I was fired and I'd like to file a lawsuit
