I was wondering if I have a case or if its not worth it. My son is * and he went to the Dollar General store in our town and after parking and getting out he heard something and then seen he was parked over top of the rebar coming up from the cement. Theres several spots that are missing parking blocks but have rebar coming up out of the cement still. We took pictures and went to our towns gas station and tire shop and ordered * tires, which are not cheap for a pick-up truck. Im a single mom and the only parent he's ever had. I believe they should have to pay for the tires and labor plus the stress emotional issues we have had to deal with because of this.
