Hi, I was leaving a store earlier and when backing out of my space and then pulling forward to drive off, I drove by a lady loading groceries into the back of her car. I didn’t hit her, her cart, or car, or come close, but I guess she thought I was too close to her because she started screaming at me and took a picture of my license plate. Can she take any legal action against me if no collision occurred?
