Hi Michelle! It sounds like you may have a strong case for a workers' compensation claim or even a personal injury claim due to negligence. Here are some key points to consider:
- Employers must provide a safe working environment.
- Denying medical attention is a violation.
- You may be entitled to compensation for medical bills and suffering.
Do you have any documentation or witnesses regarding the incident?
The witnesses are girls in the treatment program ..the program is very strict we dont get phone calls and are limited to situations becuase under their rules of the program
Michelle, it seems you have a potentially strong case for both workers' compensation and negligence. Here are some important steps:
- Document everything: Write down the incident details, dates, and names of witnesses.
- Seek medical attention: If you haven't already, get medical records of your breathing issues.
- Contact a lawyer: Consider speaking with a workers' compensation or personal injury lawyer to discuss your options.
