I am looking for someone who can givee advice on how to stop the mediation that a friend had and her lawyer didn't represent her and gave her bad advice to settle she has a catastrophic spinal cord injury and she signed agreement for $*,* Under duress because she was in so much pain and signed it so it would be over.

It was signed in front of the mediator. I was there and witnessed the whole thing everytime I spoke up they would shut me down.
