I was involved in a car accident the other day. I was traveling along and a car pulled directly out in front of me and was *% her fault, even police report has her at fault. Her insurance company (Geico) says I was *% and their insurer was *%. How can they make that judgement. I only had liability on my car so I insurance (USAA) sounds like they will not help me.
Hello ****, I'm sorry to hear about your accident. Insurance companies often have their own methods for determining fault. However, you can dispute their decision. Could you please tell me where the accident occurred so I can provide more specific information?
