I rolled ankle in pothole in shopping plaza fell and ultimately injured my spinal column or cord. The opposing counsel is saying I'm committing fraud on the court via deposition bc I had went to hospital before the fall with minor injuries. I feel as if current lawyers did not do their job on research or preparing me for what the questions in deposition. I suffer from PTSD and extreme anxiety which makes me tend to go non verbal when asked these types of questions about the fall.
