I fell over a year and a half ago in a dollar store parking lot June * * and started therapy later that day June * and when the attorney wanted the therapist to send the record of the therapy sessions she did but the attorney didn't proof read it before he sent it to the insurance company which made my claim diminish drastically beyond it not being proof read by attorney the insurance company offered $* and the attorney fee which will cut it to $* and that is all I get after year and a half and losing my house he basically said we had to settle because they wouldn't pursue it anymore what can I do Sense the attorney is the one that caused my drop in funds in this lawsuit
