I gave a friend permission to drive my truck to an agreed place for an agreed time. This person had my truck long passed the agreed time and farther than the agreed location. This person ended ip totaling my trick when she ran off the road and into a fence and a tree. This person refuses to accept responsibility and replace my truck. I have the California minimum PLPD. Do i have a case to sue? I have no transportation and i have special needs children that need to get to their daily program:
