I was a pedestrian struck and ran over by a large chevy work truck in a horrific hit and run scenario. I was told by ER staff repeatedly that I died twice and am lucky to be alive; I agree and am indeed thankful, however there are some things I need addressed.

maybe, i'm just wondering why i wasnt informed when i was discharged that my back was broken as well, and that something happened to my leg and arm. when i was discharged they gave me a little packet about the trauma i suffered and the procedures i underwent. but im looking at this packet, and it doesn't mention anything about these last three issues. I've been on bedrest for almost 2 months and it hurts worse in those areas (Back, leg, and arm) than when i came home. anyway, when i went to a following appointment i complained about these parts of my body and "that's because your arm and leg and back also were fractured or broken". i was supposed to have a physical therapist come to my home but he stopped after * visits. Also, i cant physically work anymore and asked for a social workers help twice, but so far no contact.
