I fell in a dollar general parking lot I hired a law firm to represent me and I had taken therapy for months for this injury in June * and the attorney wanted the schedule of when and how long I went to therapy , so the therapist sent over paper.copy in email ,.and the attorney didn't proof read it before he sent to the dollar stores insurance and they seen the schedule was off where the therspist messed up on the date being in a rush ,and the attorney never proof read any of it and the insurance seen the .mistake and said no we can only give you a small amount, after a year of no work and still can't work and only getting $* I want to sue the attorney for malpractice can I do this and how do I get started
