That is what I have tried to do, but no one will listen to me. In the trial the owner of the mall where I fell admitted he knew the hole was in the curb and had merely painted over it. It was his responsibility to maintain a safe handicap parking space. Even though he admitted that, the jury still found him not negligent. His attorney turned the direction to me heart failure issues and mad it look like I had a dizzy spell and that is why I fell. The jury apparently agreed and I lost. I am trying to find out how he could admitt his wrong doing and that was just ignored. Now when I am trying to get an attorney to help me they say the jury already reached their decision and there is nothing they can do. What about my civil tights?
